Kit Spares Frequently Asked Questions.

Here you will find the answers to our most commonly asked questions below. If you can't find the answer you are looking for or would prefer to speak to one of our team over the phone please visit our contact page for details.


 I can’t remember my log in password?  

Simply go to the log in page, enter your email address and then below where it says ‘Forgotten your password? Click here and then we can email your password to you.  

Can I come and collect my order from you?  

Yes you are always welcome to come and collect your order from us, If this is the case then it is probably best to telephone us to make your order. Then we can put it to one side for you ready to collect.
If you have selected Pick Up / Collection as the delivery option online, then you will receive an email / call from us when your order is complete and ready to collect, this can vary as some parts are made to order. Please do not travel to collect your order with out receiving confirmation from us that it is ready, w
e endeavour to make the process as quick and efficient as possible 


Do you attend Shows & can I collect my order at a Show?  

Yes we attend many shows across the country throughout the year, please join our mailing list, to be kept up to date with the Shows that Kit Spares will be attending. The Kit Spares Shop is also always open at the Great British Sports Cars (GBS) Cars & Coffee events which are held 4 or 5 times a year.
Collection of your order is available but this depends on the location of the show and the items required for collection. Please call us at least 7 days before to see if this can be arranged. (payment is also required upfront for the items you wish to collect)

 I can’t find what I'm looking for?  

We have a wide range of parts on our website, and we are always adding more each week. If you can’t find what you are after then please get in touch either by email or telephone, we are always happy to help and try do do our best to source the parts required.  

Do you have a shop?  

Yes Kit Spares has a Shop and show room where you are welcome to come and visit and see our products in use on the cars. Please click here to visit our contact page for more details.

What are your opening hours for the Kit Spares shop?  

We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (Lunch 1pm-1.30pm) and Saturdays* 10am - 2.30pm
*If you are planning on visiting us on a Saturday then we always recommend that you call first to check we are open, as some weekends we are closed or away at events.  

Can I make an order over the phone?  

Yes we still welcome telephone orders, our contact number is 01623 860990.

How long will my parcel take to be delivered?  

Assuming that all products ordered are in stock, then orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days this is the usual delivery timescale for UK deliveries, provided that no issues are encountered when attempting to take payment, or the stock status of your parts ordered. Please see the delivery status for individual products, this will notify you of the availability for that product. 
Please Look at the individual product for delivery status as some products are not always a stock item.

Where in Europe can you currently arrange shipment to?  

We can ship worldwide, and the majority of our parts are available online for delivery around the world to different locations. For big orders and large fragile items please call or email us first to discuss costs and delivery schedules.  

What happens if I want to cancel / amend my order that I have already placed?  

 If you wish to cancel / amend your order that you have placed online, please let us know asap so we can deal with your request. However we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to do so, as the order may already have been processed. You may be required to wait until you receive the order and then follow the procedures for returns. Any goods that have been dispatched cannot be changed or redirected to an alternative address. Made to order / Custom items can not be cancelled or refunded, amendments may be possible depending how far into production the item is, please call us to discuss this.

European Shipments: Please note that for all European Shipments that are being sent on pallet delivery a EORI Number is required, without this we can not ship your order. Please click here  to sign for a EORI number if you don't have one already.
